Refunds and cancellation

The five products in this catalog have a 7-day refund request period from the date of purchase. This condition applies to 1,257 Therapeutic Tools, 350 Therapeutic Metaphors, 300 Expressive Activities, Emotions Activity Kit and Therapeutic Games, and Emotion Cards for Children and Adolescents.

How to request a refund

For purchases made through Hotmart, you can request a refund on the Hotmart refund page, using your purchase details. You can also email educahoje.com@gmail.com, including the product, your purchase email and the transaction identifier, if available.

Do not send passwords, authentication codes or full card details. The request will be checked against the purchase and the applicable refund period.

Payment refunds

Refunds are processed by Hotmart according to the payment method used. The time to receive funds depends on the platform, bank or card issuer; we do not promise instant refunds. You can track your request through Hotmart.

Cancellation and access

The products in this catalog have a one-time payment, with no recurring subscription to cancel. To reverse a purchase, request a refund using the procedure above. When a purchase is refunded or canceled, the associated access may be removed from the library. Contact support if you experience delivery problems or a discrepancy with your purchase.
